SHS Ireland run Low Protein Living Weekend at Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone - April 04 2008

Over the weekend of the 4th April 2008, SHS Ireland completed a magnificent Low Protein Living event which was open to families, friends and patients with an inherited metabolic disorders. Over the weekend, attendees gained an insight of all the new products coming to market. They were also given the option to attend a cookery school where they were first given a demonstration then allowed to produce their own meals and recipes of Low Protein cooking.
